Feeling down, a lack of motivation, feeling like you have no energy, feeling more irritable may be causing difficulty in your relationships, your work and/or school.
You may experience increased irritability, difficulty with sleep (falling asleep, staying asleep), and feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness. Do you experience self-harm urges and/or thoughts of death?

I have worked with individuals of various ages who experience depression and low moods. I utilize therapy modalities such as: Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy.
