Lying awake at night and difficulty falling asleep due to racing thoughts can leave you feeling depleted the next day. Fear of the unknown and experiencing anxiety attacks or panic attacks can feel incredibly overwhelming! It is also possible your anxiety is showing itself in other ways – such as irritability, avoidance of people or places, or difficulty concentrating.

Learning new coping tools - specific to anxiety - can help to alleviate some of the everyday challenges you are facing. Sorting through the thoughts and processing thoughts and worries in a therapeutic environment can help to provide you some relief.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which helps to identify and change thought patterns and behavior patterns. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, which has been proven to be effective for anxiety and the underlying beliefs we hold about ourselves.
